NOTICE OF SECOND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,
I’m pleased to give notice of the above meeting and trust that you or your representative can attend on the 14 February.
Although the final agenda has not yet been finalised, the following matters will be included :
- Chairman’s Report
- Progress with a North of Scotland Velodrome
- Annual Accounts
- Election/Re-election of Trustees
- Future Priorities – a Discussion
We are hoping for a good turnout of North cyclists and our key business above depends in particular on Members continuing to show their support for the Trust’s work. In addition to some excellent news, the Board would also like to explore with the wider cycling community various possibilities and priorities for our work over the next few years.
